Live

This is your stop right now

The first board is not a mock-up: real departures from one stop, fetched a moment ago. Next to it, an example of how a bus’s position turns into minutes to departure. You can check your stop the same way, in the app and in the browser.

From GPS to the board

The bus moves, the departure counts down by itself

Example The bus’s GPS position turns into minutes to departure – on the website, in the app and on the display at the stop.

Animation: bus 12 drives through the stops to Os. Słoneczne. On that stop’s board the time to departure goes down by itself: 3 minutes, 2 minutes, 1 minute, now. Tram 4 shows a time from the timetable, because it does not send its position.

How it works

How it works

The five things you do most with Time4BUS.

  1. Live departures

We work out the departure time from the vehicle’s GPS position, so you see when the bus really arrives. A green time is live, a grey one comes from the timetable.

  2. The vehicle on the map

See where your bus, tram or train is right now and which stops it still has to pass.

  3. Journey planner

Tell Time4BUS where you start and where you are going, and it plans the route with changes and walking. You can limit the changes and the walking.

    Plan a journey
  4. Favourites at hand

Star the stops and lines you use every day. You open them with a single tap.

  5. Timetable, printout and display

The full timetable of every stop for the day you choose, ready to print, and a departure display your operator can show on a screen at the stop or in a waiting room.

For everyone

No ads, no tracking, for everyone

Time4BUS is free and shows no ads. We design it so that every passenger can use it, screen reader users included.

  • Accessible

It works with VoiceOver and TalkBack and with a keyboard. We design the site to WCAG 2.1 level AA, and the accessibility statement lists what we are still fixing.

  • Readable

Three text sizes, a light and a dark look, and high contrast. The “Pause animations and updates” button turns motion off.

  • Private

We do not track you or sell data. Your favourites are saved only on your device.

  • In your language

In Polish, English, Ukrainian, German, Czech, Slovak, Spanish, French and Italian.

Coverage

The Time4BUS network

Each dot marks a place served by buses, trams or trains from our timetables. The bigger the dot, the more stops. We refresh the data every hour.

The network data appears once the page has loaded.

Reviews

What passengers say

Ratings read on 28 September 2026.

The app has everything an app like this should have. The care for accessibility deserves far more stars, though. At last blind users get complete information, equal to what sighted users get.

Journey planner

Plan a journey

The planner builds a route from all the lines in the timetable of a city or municipality, with changes and walking.

  • With changes It finds a connection even when no line goes straight to your destination.
  • With walking It shows how many minutes and metres you walk to the stop and from the stop to your destination.
  • Without chosen vehicles You can leave out, for example, trams or trains.
  • All lines in the city It combines buses, trams and trains from one timetable.

Common questions

Does Time4BUS cost anything?

No. The website and the app are free and have no ads.

Where do the timetables come from?

Carriers and transport organisers provide the timetables and notices. We show them, but we have no influence on the timetable or on whether a trip runs. For such matters, please write to the carrier.

Why is a time sometimes green and sometimes grey?

A green time is calculated live from the vehicle’s GPS position. A grey time comes from the timetable, when the vehicle is not sending its position.

Do I need an account?

No. Your favourite stops and lines are saved on your device.
